DESCRIPTION:Join AMA Central PA for an educational webinar led by Madra Clay\, Central Regional Director with the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development. \nThis session will explain how the Neighborhood Assistance Program\, or NAP\, works from both sides of the partnership.
